Our Commitment to Quality
At Best of Exports, every piece of furniture is manufactured with a strong focus on durability, comfort, and commercial performance.
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and therefore offer a Limited 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty on eligible products supplied by Best of Exports.
This warranty is intended to cover manufacturing defects that may arise under normal commercial use and proper maintenance conditions.
Warranty Coverage
The Limited 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing workmanship and materials, including:
Wooden Furniture

Structural failure caused by manufacturing defects.

Joint failure due to workmanship defects.

Manufacturing defects in assembly or construction.
Metal Furniture

Structural failure resulting from manufacturing defects.

Weld failures caused by workmanship issues.

Manufacturing defects affecting the stability or intended functionality of the product.
Upholstered Furniture

Manufacturing defects in internal frame construction.

Defects in upholstery workmanship affecting normal usage.

Manufacturing defects in assembly and finishing.
In the event of a valid warranty claim, Best of Exports may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the affected component.

Replace the affected component.
-
Provide an equivalent solution considered appropriate.
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
Furniture used in commercial environments is subject to daily wear and environmental factors. The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore excluded from warranty coverage.
Normal Wear & Tear

Surface scratches.

Minor dents and marks.

Fabric wear from regular use.

Foam softening due to usage.
-
Minor loosening requiring routine tightening.

Finish wear caused by regular commercial operation.
Damage Due to Misuse

Dragging furniture instead of lifting.

Standing or jumping on furniture.

Improper stacking or storage.
-
Impact damage caused during relocation or handling.

Overloading beyond intended use.
Environmental Damage

Water damage.
-
Moisture-related damage.

Direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight.

Excessive heat or extreme cold.

High humidity environments.
-
Coastal or corrosive environments.
-
Damage resulting from rain or standing water.
Chemical Damage

Harsh cleaning chemicals.

Acidic or abrasive cleaning agents.

Solvents and industrial cleaners.

Bleaching agents.
Accidental Damage

Cuts.

Ink marks.

Natural Characteristics of Wood
Wood is a natural material and may respond to environmental conditions throughout its life.
The following characteristics are natural and are not considered manufacturing defects:

Variation in wood grain.

Shade variation between components.
-
Natural knots and markings.
-
Minor expansion and contraction.
-
Hairline surface checks.
-
Minor seasonal movement.
-
Minor warping within acceptable industry standards.

Changes in colour due to ageing and sunlight exposure.
These characteristics are part of the natural beauty of solid wood furniture and do not affect structural integrity.
Outdoor Furniture Conditions
Furniture must be used only for the environment for which it was designed.
Indoor Furniture
Indoor furniture must be used exclusively in indoor environments protected from weather exposure.
Damage resulting from outdoor usage of indoor furniture is not covered under warranty.
Outdoor Furniture
Outdoor furniture requires periodic maintenance and protection depending on local weather conditions.
Material selection should be made according to site conditions.
Metal Selection Guidelines

Aluminium is recommended for most outdoor applications.

Stainless Steel is recommended for demanding outdoor and coastal environments.

Mild Steel may develop rust over time when exposed to outdoor conditions.
Rusting, corrosion, or finish deterioration resulting from environmental exposure is not covered under warranty.
Upholstery Disclaimer
The following are not covered under warranty:

Fabric fading.
-
Fabric wear from normal use.
-
Wrinkling of fabric or leather.
-
Compression of foam over time.
-
Staining or colour transfer.
-
Damage caused by improper cleaning methods.
Where fabrics, leathers, laminates, stones, veneers, or other materials are supplied by the client, Best of Exports shall not provide warranty coverage on such customer-supplied materials.
Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty eligibility, furniture must be properly maintained throughout its service life.
Customers are responsible for:

Regular cleaning using appropriate methods.

Periodic tightening of hardware where required.
-
Timely touch-up of finishes when necessary.
-
Re-polishing, re-sealing, or refinishing surfaces as part of routine maintenance.

Protecting furniture from excessive moisture and environmental exposure.

Following any care instructions provided by Best of Exports.
Failure to maintain furniture appropriately may void warranty coverage.

Service & Transportation Costs
Warranty coverage applies only to the defective component or manufacturing defect.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise:

Site visit charges are not included.

Transportation costs are not included.
-
Dismantling and reinstallation costs are not included.
-
Labour charges outside the manufacturing facility are not included.
Limitation of Liability
The liability of Best of Exports under this warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement of the affected product or component.
Best of Exports shall not be liable for:

Loss of business.
-
Loss of revenue.
-
Loss of profit.
-
Project delays.
-
Indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
Warranty Period
The Limited Manufacturing Warranty remains valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified in writing.
The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
